HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

Dress comfortably (workout clothes are perfect).
Wear comfy socks.
Don't forget your water bottle.
Please try not to schedule anything post session (you will be glad you didn't).
Start to think of a place that brings you great joy and really lifts your spirits,

I am a strong empath and very intuitive. If we share our troubles and worries, my energy level gets terribly low.. We both want this to be the best energy healing experience possible. That is why I insist we do not share personal information. Lets work to reset your nervous system instead!

I cleanse my sacred space before & after each client. To remove negative energy I use sound bath, sage & inciense.

YOUR SESSION

I created a sanctuary for you.

Picture yourself laying down on on a heated mat of tourmaline and jade stones. You will be wearing everything except your shoes (thats where the comfy socks come in).

Listen to the healing music of Solfeggio Miracle Tones. This music is filled with all 9 healing frequencies - hertz tones for help with detox, balance & help cleanse body & mind.

Guided meditation prior to reiki or another healing modality: That's where your favorite joyful place is called upon to further help relax you.

Then we begin...

AFTER CARE

Please try to drink a lot of water for at least 15 minutes post session.
I recommend either taking a bath or a foot soak with either Epson, pink, dead sea salt and essential oils for at least 20 minutes.
