Hello, I’m Jeanine Gaffney, a Nervous System & Energy Regulation Specialist and the heart behind breathe 'N believe. With over 15 years of experience in energy healing, I specialize in guiding clients from states of stress and overwhelm to deep relaxation and inner peace. My approach combines the gentle power of Usui Reiki, the transformative effects of sound baths using my Himalayan bowls, and the insightful clarity of aura photography and personalized reports. I also ensure a purified and harmonious environment by clearing the room and the person with sage after each session.

In addition to these core modalities, I offer Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) to help release deeply stored emotions, Emotion Code sessions to clear energetic blockages, and the ancient wisdom of tarot for intuitive guidance.
