Hi, I'm Jeanine, the heart behind breathe 'N believe.

I've been practicing energy work since 2017, creating a calm, welcoming space where people can slow down, breathe, let go, and reconnect.

My path has led me to become a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, IET Master-Instructor, and a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. I've also studied sound bath healing and continue to draw from a variety of energy practices.

Whether you're coming for Reiki Bliss, Let Go & Balance, Aura Experience, Sound Healing, or a What the Woo?! class, my goal is a peaceful, supportive space where you can be yourself.

You don't need to understand energy work or consider yourself spiritual. You just need to show up. I see myself as a facilitator and guide, and your own system has that capacity. Every session is personalized, no two people, no two days are the same. That's what breathe 'N believe is all about. A place to exhale. A place to reconnect. A gentle reminder to breathe... and believe.
